Dump Walls

Dump walls (or tip walls) are widely used on mine sites to provide a ramp for heavily laden trucks to reach the top of primary crushers. Reinforced Earth® is the preferred system for this purpose – providing a vertical, economic and robust solution that can be delivered quickly and constructed efficiently.

These walls represent some of the highest (in excess of 40m) and most heavily loaded Reinforced Earth® structures ever undertaken, whilst also catering for extreme climatic and local conditions.

With a variety of wall face and earth stabilisation materials on offer according to the particular characteristics of the mine, the cost of these materials balanced against the ease and speed of delivery and construction, reliability and durability, Reinforced Earth® has become a standard for dump structures on mine sites throughout the world.
