Toowoomba Second Range Crossing Project

This photograph, taken on 20th October 2016, features the first two Reinforced Earth® TechSpan® arch segments erected for the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing Project in QLD.   There is another 28 arch segments to be placed to complete this 36m long road underpass tunnel at Morleys Road.   The Reinforced Earth Company has designed and supplied three Reinforced Earth® TechSpan® tunnels (78 arch segments in total) for this project which will all be fully installed by the end of November 2016.

Wyong Road & M1 Pacific Hwy Intersection Upgrade, NSW

The Reinforced Earth Company (RECO) has designed and supplied 2920sqm of Reinforced Earth® retaining walls for the Wyong Road and M1 Pacific Hwy Intersection Upgrade in Tuggerah, NSW.  This photograph shows progress made on walls which will support the approach lanes for a new four span bridge that will cross the Main Northern Railway.   The final TerraPlus® precast concrete panels, manufactured at the RECO precast facility in Tuggerah, are presently being installed in readiness for the barrier placement.   These panels feature a black oxide pigment colour and a Reckli® Rhein vertical finish.

Darling Harbour Live Project

The NSW Government is partnering with Darling Harbour Live and Lendlease to deliver a 20ha $3.4bn transformation of Darling Harbour in Sydney.   The Reinforced Earth Company (RECO) was subcontracted by Delta Group to design & supply a 750sqm Reinforced Earth® retaining wall using the TerraPlus® precast concrete system.   This photograph was taken onsite last month showing the wall nearing completion.   The concrete panels were manufactured with a white concrete using 10 different textural mats.  Follow this link for an overview of the Darling Harbour Live Project.

QLD Infrastructure Projects Conference 2016

The Reinforced Earth Company (RECO) is a sponsor of the 2nd Annual QLD Infrastructure Projects Conference 2016 being held next week on Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th October at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.   The theme of the conference is "Growing Queensland's Economy" highlighting the major infrastructure projects planned or currently underway in the State.   Pictured is a Reinforced Earth® retaining wall on the Gold Coast Rapid Transit Project.   Please meet with Dan Rogers, Regional Manager North, at our exhibition space to view our current infrastructure works in the region.
